Rao Yile worked as a Chinese representative at the Brazilian naval Antarctic station for nine months. After experiencing the period of excitement, indifference and anxiety, he tried to find happiness and fun from the monotonous and repetitive work life, such as making a strict schedule, setting small goals, carrying out English training and entrepreneurship knowledge public welfare courses for the dispatched workers, hoping that they can make their life better through active change At first he felt that he was helping others, but later he found that their thanks and feedback often made him feel warm and happy.
In Antarctica, he himself has two questions to think about before going to bed every day: 1. \"What am I going to do when I come back from Antarctica?\" 2.\"What is my goal in life\".The answer to these two questions has been changing, and finally unified, that is \"to live an ordinary life with your family\". He deeply felt that happiness has different support points. In different environments and times, our feelings are different. However, as long as we create happiness elements for the existing life, we will feel happier. Rao Yile worked in the Brazilian embassy in China
