Ingredients:
Mozzarella Cheese With Rennet
1gallon or 3.785L - Whole Milk Cold
1cup or 237ml - Non Chlorinated Water (Spring Water)
1 1/4tsp - Citric Acid

1/2cup or 118ml - Non Chlorinated Water
1/2tsp - Vegetable Rennet
Salt - tt

Mozzarella Cheese Without Rennet
1/2gallon or 1.892 - Whole Milk
1/2cup or 118ml - White Vinegar
Salt - tt
